DO NOT use our supplied M10 stainless steel bolts in conjunction with any other accessory that also uses these mounting bolts. Our bolts are designed to hold the extenders and the STOCK foot peg mounting plates ONLY. If you intend to use the extenders in conjunction with other items such as an engine guard or highway bars you MUST USE longer bolts which we CANNOT supply!

INSTALLING THESE EXTENDERS FOR THE OWNER OR RIDER OF THE MOTORCYCLE

IF YOU ARE INSTALLING THESE EXTENDERS FOR THE OWNER AND/OR RIDER OF THIS MOTORCYCLE, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT ONCE THE EXTENDERS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED YOU MUST PASS THIS WARNING NOTICE, THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION SHEET AND ANY OTHER NOTICES ENCLOSED WITH THE FOOT PEG EXTENDERS ALONG TO THE OWNER AND/OR RIDER.

AS THE INSTALLER, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE CORRECT USE OF THE EXTENDERS ONCE THEY ARE INSTALLED. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN MISUSE BY THE OWNER AND/OR RIDER WHICH MAY RESULT IN AN INJURY OR DEATH THAT SHADOWSTUFF CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR.

YOU, AS THE INSTALLER, MUST ACCEPT THE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALERTING THE OWNER AND/OR RIDER TO THE CORRECT USE OF THESE EXTENDERS.

THESE FOOT PEG EXTENDERS ARE DESIGNED FOR USE BY
A SEATED RIDER OR OPERATOR ONLY!
DO NOT STAND UP ON THE FOOT PEGS!
Because of the extended leverage afforded by the design of these foot peg extenders, it is possible to break one or both of the support brackets if the retaining bolts are not correctly tightened OR a load such as a person standing-up on the foot pegs is applied. In normal use with the rider SEATED, they will function just fine. If a load is applied BEYOND which they were designed to carry, one or both of the support brackets MAY BREAK allowing the foot pegs to come in contact with the road, causing severe injury or possibly even death.

If you cannot accept this limitation to the installation and/or use of these foot peg extenders then please email AND PROVIDING you are the original purchaser AND they have not been fitted to a motorcycle, we will organize a refund.
This condition of use was clearly stated on our website where these foot peg extenders were originally purchased. Having ALREADY stated this condition of use BEFORE purchase, any return of this product will NOW be subject to our normal return policy and will thus incur the 20% restocking fee.

SELLING THESE EXTENDERS TO A THIRD PARTY
If these foot peg extenders are ever sold to another party, then this warning notice MUST be included with the foot peg extenders for the new owner(s) to read and accept. Once they are sold to another party, all responsibility for the fitting and correct use will be the sole responsibility of the seller.
