	Need water on that ride? Only a simple little addition to your bike, but it can make a huge difference to your riding comfort.

	The bottle holder bracket that we make is intended for use with the standard Bicycle drink bottle holder. Most bicycles these days come with the threaded bosses already welded to the frame. Our bracket allows you to purchase and install a bicycle drink holder of your choice providing it uses the standard 2.5" (65mm) mounting bolt center distance.
	The bottle holder we supply also nicely fits a 24oz water bottle.

	Will it fit other motorcycles? Yes, no, maybe... The clamp that holds the front brake and clutch levers on the VLX600's 1" diameter handlebars has a bolt center distance of 1-3/8" (35mm) using M6 socket cap screws. We MAY supply two M6 x YOUR LENGTH stainless steel socket cap screws, IF we have them in stock. If we do NOT have them in stock you will need to provide your own. ACE Hardware is a good source of Metric bolts. There is NO price reduction when we do NOT supply the bolts as we do not charge extra for the special length spacers, but you are welcome to the bolts if we have them. We use two 3/8" (9.50mm) outside diameter spacers 3/8" (9.50mm) long with an inside diameter for M6 bolts. We supply two of these spacers machined from aluminum billet.
	We can supply longer or shorter spacers at no extra charge but THEN, we MAY NOT be able to supply the two M6 bolts. If you order special length spacers, then you MUST also specify bolt-length. If we have them in stock we will provide two at no extra charge, otherwise we will not provide any bolts at all. To order special length spacers and bolts, mention the sizes needed in the "Messages" section of the shopping cart NOTE! There are NO refunds or returns on special length ordered items.
	The bracket mounted
	Good Vibrations... These bikes vibrate really freely so a thread lock agent is not a luxury, it should be mandatory every time you assemble things on any Motorcycle. This bottle will last for a long time considering it only takes a drop on the threads to make it stick. We can't tell you how many drops there are in the bottle, but it MUST be a LOT!! We stock the Red and Blue thread lock. (Actual threadlock supplied may differ from items shown here) Red is the strongest and if applied correctly, it requires about 250+ degree heat to loosen. We have had success using a hair dryer for this purpose when disassembling. A paint stripping heat gun could also be used, BUT great care must be exercised so you DO NOT DAMAGE paint in the same area, as these guns can get to 900 degrees and more. Blue is for frequently disassembled parts and only requires normal tools and a little extra pressure to loosen. Often though oil and water can degrade the locking strength a little and that's why we also offer the Red as it has a much stronger grip, but requires more effort to remove it when you need to.
