This warranty is NOT transferable to any subsequent owner or user of the product. Once the item or items are transferred to a user or owner different to the original purchaser, all warranty conditions cease to exist. |

| Things (items) that ARE COVERED by our Warranty | |
| Providing the conditions of use that are defined in the
"IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ, UNDERSTAND
AND ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE OPENING THIS PACKAGING" section of the packaging that contained the item or items are
strictly met, this product is Warranted to be free from any fault or manufacturing defect for a period of 2-years
beginning from the original purchase Invoice Date. If for any reason a part fails while in normal use as defined in the "IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ, UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE OPENING THIS PACKAGING" section of the packaging, the company will at it's discretion, replace or repair the damaged item or items, either in-part or in-whole with EITHER a new or a suitably merchantable equivalent item or items. Shipping costs for ALL RETURNS, to www.ShadowStuff.com, are to be borne entirely by the original purchaser of the item or items. PROVIDING the return shipment of any or all replacement item or items is to one of the 50 United States of America, www.ShadowStuff.com will pay reasonable shipping costs to return the replacement item or items to the original owner. We reserve the right to impose an additional amount for shipping if more than our product is returned for replacement. Such additional shipping charges MUST be prepaid prior to the return of the item or items. For International returns, www.ShadowStuff.com may at it's discretion, impose an additional return charge based on actual shipping cost that MUST be prepaid prior to the return of the item or items. |

| Any item that during it's normal use encounters any wear and tear are NOT covered by this Warranty. This includes, but is not limited to light bulbs and filaments, sealed beam lights and filaments, switches, relays, Light Emitting Diodes (LED), electrical or electronic components, fuses, Footpeg or gearshift rubber items, glass or plastic items damaged by any form of impact or contact. | |
| Third party things (items) are NOT COVERED by OUR Warranty | |
| Any product we provide that is not made by us should be
covered by that manufacturer's Warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, Tachometers, Speedometers, Driving
lights. If you have a Warranty issue, please check with us first. If we cannot resolve the issue for you, we will pass your Warranty claim on to the original manufacturer to save you the hassle of dealing with them. You will need to ship the faulty item to us in order for us to deal with that manufacturer on your behalf. |
