PLEASE NOTE WE SHIP U.S. POSTAL SERVICE ONLY

Our shipping department is quite close (11 miles) to the local Post Office and that's why we insist on using the United States Postal Service for shipping only.

Sorry, but we are a small company located outside a very small country town. Sending someone on a one-hour round trip JUST to ship a package by FedEx or one of the others just ain't gonna happen.

TRACKING NUMBERS

We use Delivery Confirmation on ALL orders and the USPS only provides information on when the package left Snowflake and AFTER it was delivered to you.

There is little point in us providing that tracking number as there is NO live tracking. We use Delivery Confirmation so we can track an order that was never received. So far we have not needed to do that.

We do insure every shipment and that too provides a tracking number but currently, ONLY the USPS can use that number for tracking and they do not make it available for oinline tracking. We have asked the USPS but no-one can explain why that is, I guess it's just the way it is.

NO SIGNATURE SHIPPING

We USUALLY insure every shipment and the Post Office requires an Adult signature to accept delivery.

IF you want the package left WITHOUT a signature, then we cannot insure it. That means the risk of loss or damage MUST rest ENTIRELY with YOU.

Sorry, but the Post Office is adamant about not leaving an insured package without a signature, so the ONLY ALTERNATIVE is to NOT insure it. YOUR call.
