| You CAN take it out of the
packaging, that's fine. We understand you will want to get your hands
on it and give it a good looking over. It does NOT have to ship back in the original packaging but be WARNED, if it arrives back here damaged because it was POORLY PACKED, then we will send it back to you. If it arrives here well packed but damaged in transit then the insurance you paid when shipping it back, will cover it and we will immediately issue a refund and make a claim on the US Postal Service. |

| When we get it back, it MUST... | |
| Be unmarked and
as-new condition. This means if it has been scratched or marked in
anyway, you own it. If you send it back damaged, we will send it right
back to you. A good way to decide IF you can send it back is to look at it closely and IF it is in a condition YOU would accept if we had shipped it to YOU as a NEW item, then that's how it's MUST look when we get it. |

| The ONLY way we accept returns is if we can repackage it and sell it as a new item. If you fitted it to the bike to see how it looked then do NOT bother sending it back as we will ship it right back to you. | |
| We do NOT refund original shipping charges. | |
| We do NOT refund the
charges for shipping it back to us, UNLESS we shipped
the incorrect item or items to you. In which case we will pay ONLY US Postal
Service, Priority Mail + Insurance + Delivery Confirmation and the value of
the items returned. If you ship it back to us by next day-air or or anything other than the US Postal Service as defined above, we will ONLY refund an appropriate amount as if it had been shipped Priority. |

| If you are returning stuff because you just flat
changed your mind, or don't like the way it looks or feels, or whatever
else, (other than mentioned above) then we
charge a 20% restocking fee using the original
invoice amounts for the returned items. This is to help cover what our credit card merchant charges us to process your purchase and the return, plus our inspection and repackaging costs. If it was originally shipped to an Arizona address, AND Sales Tax was charged on the original invoice, we refund ALL Sales Tax for the returned item or items. |
