| Items that are IN stock | |
| We strive very hard to always have stock on hand for immediate
shipping. Providing we have ALL the items you have ordered in-stock, AND Providing the Post Office is open then ONE of the following should hold true. 1: If we get your order before 11:00am MST it WILL ship out that day. 2: If we get your order before 3:00pm MST it MIGHT ship out that day, otherwise it WILL ship out the next Business Day. 3: If we get your order after 3:00pm MST it WILL ship out the next Business Day. |

| Items that are NOT in stock | |
| If we are out of stock of any items then we will remove the
Quantity box from the order form for that item's web page. Why do that? We do not want to waste your time placing an order, then to have you find out that we don't have the item or items in stock. That might work for some companies but not us. We'd much prefer you did NOT order from us rather than try and lock you into our system and leave you waiting until we can ship the item. You can email us and we will email you when the item you are interested comes back into stock. |

| Items that are SUDDENLY not in stock | |
| On some very rare occasions, we will get a large order that
strips us of all stock of a particular item or items. While our manufacturing section tries very hard to keep ahead of that curve, we have had some orders from Europe and Asia that suddenly took everything we had of a single item. When this happens, we immediately force a small batch of that item into production, pushing in front of all pending machine work. This will mean that we will have some stock again, typically in less than two days. In that case we would NOT remove the Quantity box from the item's web page. We will hold the order until the first of the new run comes off the line and then give it priority packing and shipping. On the few times this has happened, it has only added 24 hours to the actual shipping day. |

| GETTING YOU ORDER | |
| An explanation regarding shopping cart ordering and the Internet.
Our shopping cart notifies us of pending orders via EMail. We check for EMail every two hours. That means that when you PLACED the order may not be when we get it for processing. An order may be placed a few minutes before we do our EMail check and it will be processed almost immediately. On other occasions, the order may be placed just after we have checked for EMail and so there will be at least a 2-hour delay between when the order was placed and when we start to process it. The point being, that to begin processing an order within our cut off times mentioned above, the order notification EMail must also fall within our EMail checking times. |
